Me, in a few words...

Hello there! Thanks for taking the time and wanting to learn about me.

My name is Avishek Biswas and I am an Indo-Canadian guy living in Calgary, Canada.

Professionally, I am an Award Winning Contact Center / Management Professional, specializing in Operations, Technology, Telecom and Workforce Management. Having worked in a variety of organizations from small local firms to large multinationals in different capacities, I am currently employed in a large national telecommunications company. Here I help them manage the technologies being used in their contact centres.

Individually, I like to lead a simple life that is based on honesty, integrity and hard work. My interests include being a quasi techno geek, net surfing, sports, movies & music (especially Bollywood movies & music) and being a connoisseur of spicy cuisine.

I am a believer in constant learning and improvement of oneself, both as a professional and as an individual.
